Um guia de cultivo passo a passo, da sementeira à colheita.
Shallow sowing: scatter the seeds on the substrate and cover with a thin layer of soil.
Well-drained, light soil rich in organic matter. Avoid compacted soil or soil that retains too much water.
Prefer full sun to partial shade, in a temperate climate. Protect from frost and excessive heat (>30°C / 86°F).
Herbs are low-maintenance. Apply diluted organic liquid fertilizer once a month during active growth.
Water moderately and regularly — let the soil surface dry slightly between waterings. Avoid waterlogging, which encourages root rot.
Remove weeds by hand around the plants. A thin layer of substrate or mulch helps reduce their growth.
The most common pests are aphids, mites, and slugs. Use potassium soap or neem oil if there's an infestation; avoid chemical pesticides, especially since these are culinary herbs.
The herbs in this kit are generally hardy, but watch out for powdery mildew and downy mildew (from excess humidity) and root rot from overwatering. Good air circulation and moderate watering prevent most problems.
Harvest young leaves, ideally in the morning. Always cut above the first pair of leaf nodes to encourage new growth. Regular, moderate harvesting keeps the plant healthier and bushier.
