Payment and delivery

We sell organic and biodynamic seeds of the highest quality, quickly and easily, to your door.
When you open an account with us online, fill in the necessary details, and place your order. It is only necessary to do this once as we will safely hold your details for future orders. You can change your details at any time. Choose the varieties and quantities you require. When you have finished shopping, proceed to your cart and click on the finished button. At this point, choose your preferred method of payment.

We have 3 choices:
1) Bank transfer
2) ATM
3) Paypal.

If you select the bank transfer option, you will receive an e-mail with your order details and our bank details. When you have made your payment, please keep your payment reference code. As soon as your payment is received, we will dispatch your order. Your order will be sent on work days, up to 18.00. You will receive an e-mail advising you when your order has been dispatched.

If you select the ATM option, you will receive in the provided e-mail account an ATM reference. After we receive the payment proof LSSV will process your order and ship it.

If you select Paypal you have to have already a Paypal account. Selecting this way of payment it will be open a new page of Paypal and you have to follow and confirm the payment instructions of your purchase in LSSV. After we receive the payment proof LSSV will process your order and ship it.

LSSV uses the services of CTT, the Portuguese post. All our orders are sent by registered post and can be tracked. CTT normally delivers between 1-3 days from the dispatch of the order within Portugal and from 3 to 7 work days to Europe.
