Prices
The prices of the packages have VAT tax of 6% included. The price for bulk quantities listed in our catalogue does not include the VAT tax. If you wish to order in bulk, please contact us by e-mail. We will then confirm the price, with the tax added, for the quantity you require.

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by CTT, postal order (only for Portugal), ATM reference or Paypal.

Returns
LSSV accepts returns up to 15 days after purchase from the date of payment received. Returns are accepted if the packaging is in good condition, unopened and undamaged. If returned in compliance with the above, we will reimburse you for the value of the goods returned, by bank transfer. Postal return of goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Consumer Disputes
According with the Portuguese law 144 (Lei n.º 144/2015) we hereby inform you that in case of conflict the consumer may appeal to the NCIACC- National Centre of Information and Arbitration of Consumption Conflicts or access to their website and present your pleading.
