Horsetail extract

Horsetail extract, preventive against downy mildew, powdery mildew and rust.

What it's for: Equisetum arvense decoction (2%), rich in equisetonins, silicic acid and tannins. Reinforces natural defences, strengthens plant tissue and prevents diseases caused by pathogenic fungi.

Best for: Tomato, vine, roses, fruit trees — anything that catches mildew in a humid summer.

When to apply: 1 time per month, or when weather favours fungi (humidity with heat).

How often: 1 time per month, or whenever weather favours fungi.

Dose: Spray at 10 ml/l.

How to apply: Spray onto the foliage at the end of the day.

Worth knowing: Preventive — apply BEFORE you see the disease. Once it has taken hold the effect is limited.
