Calcium and boron corrector
Prevents cracked fruit and blossom-end rot in tomatoes and peppers.
What it's for: Water-soluble corrective feed with 28% calcium and 1.5% boron, complexed with amino acids. Improves firmness and fruit set, and prevents cracking and blossom-end rot. Calcium and boron move poorly in the plant, so deficiency shows first in young tissue.
Best for: Tomato, pepper, watermelon, melon, apple — anything that cracks or rots at the tip.
When to apply: At fruit set and during fruiting, and whenever needed.
How often: Every 2 months in spring and autumn; every 15 days in summer.
Dose: Watering 5 g/l. Foliar spray 1.5-3 g/l.
How to apply: Dilute in the watering or spray.
Worth knowing: Blossom-end rot is nearly always an uptake problem rather than a lack of calcium in the soil — irregular watering is the usual cause. Fix the watering too.
